UNCF Liberty Scholarship On Thursday, October 25, 2001, UNCF and its 39
member colleges and universities announced in New York the establishment of the
UNCF Liberty Scholarship for children of victims of the September 11th
terrorists attacks. The children, regardless of age, race, creed or color, will
be provided full scholarships for enrollment in any of the 39 member colleges
and universities.
Scholarships.com The mission of Scholarships.com is to assist students in
obtaining scholarship awards for college using the Internet and to help them in
exploring the many financial aid opportunities available to students as well as
to parents. We provide information and resources necessary to discover the many
local, state and national scholarship and grant opportunities available, in

Gates
Millennium Scholars The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS), funded by a grant
from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was established in 1999 to provide
outstanding African American, American Indian/Alaska Natives, Asian Pacific
Islander Americans, and Hispanic American students with an opportunity to
complete an undergraduate college education, in all discipline areas and a
graduate education for those students pursuing studies in mathematics, science,
engineering, education, or library science.

NCAA Scholarships and Internships
This site covers many types of Scholarships and Internships including,

Fulbright Scholar
Program Fulbright grants are made to U.S. citizens and nationals of other
countries for a variety of educational activities, primarily university

AASA - Awards and Scholarships The American Association of School
Administrators' mission is to support and develop effective school system
leaders who are dedicated to the highest quality public education for all
children.
NSPE Scholarships Each year, NSPE awards national scholarships to high
school seniors who plan to study engineering in college.
The Rhodes Scholarships The Rhodes Scholarships are tenable at Oxford
University. Persons interested in applying for the Scholarships should make
certain that Oxford University offers programs appropriate to their
undergraduate emphasis and their plans for further study. They should also make
certain that the two years offered by the Rhodes Scholarship will allow a
pattern of academic work in Oxford which fits into their career plans.
Elks National Foundation The Elks National Foundation provides more than
$3.3 million in college scholarships each year to graduating high school
seniors. The "Most Valuable Student," Eagle Scout, and Girl Scout Gold
Award scholarships are open to any graduating high school senior. Legacy Awards
and Emergency Educational Fund Grants are available only to children of Elks.
Young Naturalist Awards The Young Naturalist Awards program promotes
excellence in science and communication through the recognition of outstanding,
expedition-based student writing and art.
Minnie Pearl Scholarship Minnie Pearl suffered a stroke in the spring of
1991. She passed away during 1996. This scholarship was established high schools
students who have a significant bilateral hearing loss and desire to further
their education.
Children's Scholarship Fund The Children's Scholarship Fund aims to maximize
educational opportunity at all income levels by offering tuition assistance for
needy families and promoting a diverse and competitive educational environment.
